Treasury Analyst (f/m) 70-100%

About the position

We are looking for a Treasury Analyst within the Corporate Treasury Team headquartered in Zurich. In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day treasury operations activities as well as taking part in Treasury projects. You will be part of a small team and will report to the Senior Treasury Manager.

Responsibilities

• Cash Management and investments
• Short and Medium-Term Cash Forecasting
• Multilateral/Multicurrency Intercompany Netting
• Treasury Reporting
• Support and participate in ad-hoc Group Treasury projects
• Treasury Documentation (Bank Account Signatories / Bank confirmations)
• Treasury Management System Support (Static Data Management /User rights management)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 2+ years Treasury related work experience in a Global Corporate treasury function, preferably in an industrial environment
• Previous experience in cash management (cash pooling structures, In-house banking, intercompany netting etc.) is essential.
• Coupa (tm5) knowledge is a strong asset, advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel) a necessity, SAP experience is helpful.
• English is our corporate language (fluent written and verbal communication), other languages are an asset.
• High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, open to work in a changing environment.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with external providers (banks, system providers) and internal partners (local finance teams, business units, other HQ functions)
