  • Manage M&A, divestiture projects and similar corporate projects in close coordination with Kongsberg Automotive (KA) internal stakeholders, external advisers and stakeholders like banks and authorities
  • Reviewing and analysing financial results and provide meaningful in-depth commentary to clearly summarise financial results
  • Support project management for large and complex transactions including global acquisitions, complex carve-outs and emerging market initiatives
  • Support all project management processes and functions, including monitoring of delivery and service levels, escalated issue resolution, planning and management along with internal and external benchmarking
  • Support all elements of the company-wide strategic planning process, including the analysis of macro and micro economic factors, strategic benchmarking, current/future portfolio review, and competitive analyses
  • Conduct on-going market assessments to identify, evaluate and prioritize specific strategic alternatives and initiatives to drive growth and shareholder returns
  • Assist in the preparation of Executive presentations for Board and Senior Management that clearly articulate all aspects of the deal
  • Liaise with BU leadership teams to ensure the cross-pollination of best practices in target identification, target relationship management
  • Manage offers and invitations to potential projects with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage KA’s day-to-day investor relations communications
  • Perform investor meetings and events
  • Support KA’s annual budget and planning process
  • Managing and developing a team of 1-2 financial and project professionals
  • Masters' Degree preferred
  • 4-5 years of experience supporting M&A activity and functional integration including due diligence, integration planning & execution
  • 5-7 years of project/ program management and leadership experience including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, vendor management, risk management and implementation support. Preferably in global environments.
  • Broad financial acumen including a strong foundation in accounting and corporate finance principles
  • Attention to detail in developing, supporting and tracking detailed project milestones and metrics in complex, matrixed environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and developing team leadership/ workshop facilitation skills
  • Solid critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to identify and evaluate assumptions and draw conclusions
  • Track record of delivering successful business process initiatives
  • Has a high capacity to manage and support complex work across multiple projects at any point of time
  • Brings creativity to problem solving. Serves as an advocate for adopting innovative approaches/ ideas
  • Able to negotiate effectively in various business environments to manage expectations related to projects
  • Superior communication, presentation and collaboration skills, at ease with both business and technical topics
  • Comfortable presenting to Business Unit Leaders, cross-functional teams
  • Scandinavian language skills desirable
