Assistant to the CFO and CTO

You will be providing high-level and confidential support to our new CFO and CTO through proactive planning to ensure seamless results. Building trust and paying attention to every detail will be crucial to your success.

 

Responsibilities

 

In this newly created role, there is a need for a talent with high flexibility and good common sense with the following key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the CFO and CTO on a daily operational level and administrative duties
  • Keep the CFO/CTO office running smoothly/efficiently
  • Organization of business travels including schedule, visa handling and expenses
  • Preparation of presentations, reports and minutes in English
  • Organization of corporate meetings & events
  • Communication interface to all internal and external business partners in English
  • Maintenance and development of the Department´s Intranet & Sharepoint

 

 

Requirements

 

We are looking for an agile and self-confident Assistant, who displays a positive attitude and an international mindset, and enjoys working in a results-driven entrepreneurial environment. You are detail-oriented, used to working independently and applying excellent project and time management skills. This position requires tact and respect for confidentiality. Further requirements are:

 

  • Several years of experience as senior assistance within global organization
  • Excellent communication skills in English, German will be a plus
  • Advanced level expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP will be a plus
  • Experience in organizing and supporting events
  • Diplomatic but pragmatic
  • Efficient and independent way of work
  • Attention to detail
  • High level of flexibility and prioritization of tasks
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information professionally
