Responsibilities
- Manage both new product introductions projects (NPI) and product improvement projects (PIP) from the customer RFQ phase to PPAP
- Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
- Report on project success criteria results, metrics, and lessons learned
- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
- Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, and tools related to successful project execution
- Prepare estimates, where necessary, and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
- Manage project scope and changes
- Act as an internal quality control check for the project
Requirements
- University degree in relevant field
- ·Fluent English
- ·Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive Industry as same position
- ·Extensive manufacturing experience in operations serving commercial & passenger vehicles.
- Experience with vehicle quality systems and processes (DFMEA, DFM, DVPR, etc.).
- ·Extensive Experience with Customer’s Contact and specific Customer Requirements
- Extensive Experience in NPI, PIP, Launching projects, Program Management.
- ·Core Tools, Control Plan, QA Systems, 8D, Layered Process Audits, Lean Tools
- ·Knowledge IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001
- Experience in SAP PLM
- ·Efficient, proactive and a hands-on approach
- ·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
