About the position

The Purchasing Support Office (PSO) is a team located in Warsaw. We are an important function in the Global Purchasing Organization in KA, supporting purchasing to with activities to increase efficiency and offload strategic buyers with administrative tasks. The scope of PSO is reflected in the responsibilities mentioned below, however this is under development and increasing.

Responsibilities

  • Create new Scheduling agreements and maintenance Scheduling agreements (price updates) in SAP
  • Issue vendor tooling orders and register tooling in SAP
  • Perform SAP transactions
  • Invite suppliers to sustainability online assessment and follow up result
  • Perform the administrations of the users for different IT-tools and systems
  • Send out supplier communication (e.g. letters) and follow up response
  • Supplier data maintenance
  • KA internal systems support
  • Perform the administration of IT-tickets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/master’s education
  • Working minimum 3-year experience in international organization (SSC, purchasing, logistics, customer services will be an asset)
  • Knowledge of SAP and Jaggaer or other SRM system is required
  • Committed to executing given work on time with quality (accuracy)
  • Good communication skills in Polish and English, both written and oral
  • Computer literate and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems (xls, doc, ppt)
  • Ability to handle many things at the same time, also with changing priorities
  • Strong organization skills, critical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving,
