2. 要职责(Main responsibility):

  1. plan, arrange and manage equipments and workers to finish work orders on time with high quality according to production schedule by planner /计划、安排和管理设备与操作员,根据计划按时保质完成生产任务
  2. Optimize production process to improve quality, safety, capability and efficiency of molding machine and mould/优化工艺提高质量与效率
  3. Promote the 5S, visual factoryTPM activities and other Lean improvement activities in production line /推进生产现场的5S,可视化管理,设备清洁维护保养活动及其它Lean改进活动
  4. Coach and supervise operators to follow standard work instruction all the time /指导和监督操作员严格按照工艺文件进行操作
  5. Coordinate related persons to solve quality, equipment problems on time reinforce shift discipline and management, ensure the production line smoothly/协调相关人员及时解决质量/设备问题,强化纪律和班组管理,确保生产线顺利运作
  6. Monitor, audit and report on all kinds of forms required/监督、审核并上报各种生产报表
  7. Manage and control all low-cost consumable goods and assembly tools to avoid waste/管控生产过程中使用的各种低值易耗品和工装夹具
  8. Ensure all activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care and take responsibility for keeping a safe and healthy working environment on the workshop floor./确保各项工作符合公司的质量管理、健康与安全、规章制度、法律法规并保持安全健康的车间环境

For safety

·         Attend separate WTO for every area weekly, know well safety risks find in weekly WTO. 参加每周各区域独立的安全检查,了解检查发现的安全问题。

·         Fire control for responsible area(if small fire happens, he/she has qualified skills to put off fire; if big fire/emergency case happens, can lead team to evacuate) 对责任区域进行消防管控(如果发生小火灾,能有专业技能去灭火;如果发生火灾/紧急事件,能带领相关区域人员逃生)

 

·         Collect best practise/good ideas for safety/difficult safety issue to do monthly, and report to EHS monthly. 每月收集各区域的最佳事件/安全方面好的设想/难于解决的安全问题,并汇报给EHS

·         Know accident/near miss how/what happened at first time, do condition control before case is investigated. All accident/near miss must be reported to EHS coordinator for every area. 第一时间了解现场发生的安全事故/未遂事故是怎么发生的,在现场被调查之前能管控好事故现场。各区域所有的安全事故/未遂事故必须被各区域的EHS协调员所知。

·         Arrange EHS activity in your area monthly. 每月组织各区域内部的EHS 活动。

·         Other jobs that superior assigns. 其他EHS工程师分配的工作。

 

  1. On site quality control; control the non-conformity product; participate to analysis and solve customer/internal claim, etc. 现场质量控制,控制不合格产品;参与分析并解决客户和内部的索赔投诉等。

3. 次要职责(Minor responsibility):

 

  1. Liaise with other functional/departmental employees so as to fully understand all requirements and get related support/与其它部门人员进行协商沟通,充分理解各种要求并得到相应支持
  2. Ensure that all kinds of materials and products are put separately and have clear signs/确保各种材料和产品分区域存放且标识清楚
  3. Feed back and make tracks for the abnormity immediately including machine/product quality/producing schedule/environment and so on/及时反馈和追踪生产中的异常状况,包括机器设备,产品品质,生产进度,周边环境等
  4. Continuously train and develop operators/持续培训和发展操作员的职业能力
  5. Other duties and responsibilities assigned by production manager负责上司交办的其它工作。

 

  1. 能力要求 (Competence profile )

 

  1. Education background no lower than higher middle shool学历不低于中专、高中
  2. At least 3 years working experience on line shift managing /至少3年生产线的直接管理经验
  3. Familiar with Lean Production System / 了解精益生产理论
  4. Know some basic English words. / 略懂简单的日常英语
  5. Basic computer skills (MS office) is a must/能熟练使用办公自动化软件;
  6. Ability to work in and maintain performance expectations in high- pressure environment/在高压力环境中能胜任工作并保持好的执行力
  7. Ability to organize and coordinate and to motivate operators to meet their targets/有组织和协调能力,能有效的激励员工完成工作
  8. Ability to shoot problem well and to learn new knowledge rapidly/优秀的解决问题的能力且能快速的学习并掌握新知识
  9. Aggressive, outgoing and proactive personality, excellent interpersonal, leadership and teamwork skills/主动进取外向性的性格,优秀的人际和团队技巧
