2. Main objectives

    Full-process Tax Management

3. Main responsibility

• Take charge of the full-process tax management of the company. Overall sort out financial and tax data of sales output VAT and purchase input VAT, accurately calculate and scientifically measure the VAT tax burden rate, and control corporate tax compliance risks. Check journey entries and post general ledger vouchers.
• Independently complete all types of tax declaration work, including monthly and quarterly VAT declaration, quarterly prepayment of corporate income tax, declaration of various surcharge taxes, and proficiently operate the whole process of annual corporate income tax final settlement and payment.
• Be familiar with special tax-related work of high-tech enterprises, accurately handle tax accounting, filing, data submission and other tax-related matters for high-tech projects, and ensure corporate tax compliance and normal enjoyment of preferential policies for high-tech enterprises.
• Establish a standardized tax data filing system, sort and retain various tax statements, declaration materials and filing documents to realize standardized and systematic management of tax materials.
• Responsible for daily tax operation and maintenance, timely respond to, investigate and handle tax system early warning problems, be proficient in docking tax inspection work, independently maintain daily communication and connection with tax officials, and efficiently solve all kinds of corporate tax issues.
• Assist in the reconciliation of current accounts and overall management of capital income and expenditure to ensure clear current accounts and standardized capital circulation.
• Assist in the accounting and control of corporate costs and expenses as well as fixed asset management, and optimize the expense control process.
• Cooperate with the docking of annual and special audits, sort out and provide complete financial and tax materials to ensure the smooth progress of audit work.

5.       Requirements (idealistic)

• College degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance, taxation or a related field
• More than 5 years’ working experience in GL, experience in multi-national company or shared service environment is preferred
• Good knowledge of IFRS, PRC accounting standards and related statutory regulations
• Good communication (written and oral) skills in both English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP and Hyperion system experience is preferred
• Integrity, accountability, proactive working attitude, customer-oriented, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure
