1. General
Responsibility: ASPICE, Functional Safety & Cybersecurity Manager /P&C
Superior: Head of ASPICE, Functional Safety, & Cybersecurity / P&C
Location: Wuxi, China
2. Main Objectives
ASPICE, Functional Safety & Cybersecurity Manager leads and coordinates the activities of mechatronic projects required to achieve compliance with relevant Automotive development standards.
3. Areas of Responsibility
• Develop project safety, security, and quality plans to ensure product compliance according to the relevant standards and customer requirements.
• Lead and coordinate the creation of compliance documentation for the project.
• Act as an interface for external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, assessors, auditors) relating to exchanging compliance technical and non-technical requirements and data.
• Discuss functional safety and security requirements with the customer and cascade them to systems, subsystems, and component levels.
• Perform quality reviews during all product development phases (system, hardware, software).
• Perform verification and confirmation reviews to ensure compliance with safety and security standards, including safety analyses D-FMEA, FMEDA, FTA, FFI, etc.
• Collaborate with project managers, development team and customers on achieving compliance with Functional Safety and Cybersecurity in the product.
• Gathers compliance documentations and evidence (safety and security cases).
• Organise necessary training and internal seminars/workshops to ensure team’s knowledge of standardisation match with our project requirements.

4. Skill Profile
Education:
• Master of Science in a relevant technical domain (Electrical Engineering, Information Technology).
Practical experience:
• A minimum of three years’ experience in product development in automotive safety-related products.
• Solid background in at least one field (electronics, embedded software, or system control strategy) and a good awareness of the others.
Special requirements:
• Detailed knowledge and proven experience with ISO 26262, familiar with automotive development and quality process.
• Experience with system engineering approaches (requirements engineering management, functional analysis and allocation, architectural design, review, and testing).
• Experience with change, configuration, and problem resolution management.
• Solid knowledge of conducting safety analysis (D-FMEA, FTA, FMEDA, DFA, FFI).
• Knowledge of product development lifecycle, software development process, and Automotive SPICE.
• Knowledge of Automotive Cyber Security.
Personal skills:
• Good technical leadership, planning and organization skills.
• Good risk management skills, weighting development effort against added value and justifying safety with security and availability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, motivating team into problem-solving and finding creative solutions.
• Strong decision making when subjected to limited information, translated into assumptions to be verified and communicated.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, suppliers, assessors, and project team.
• High degree of personal integrity and self-confidence.
Languages:
• Good written and spoken English. German or French is advantage.
