1. General description 
Position: Sales Manager
Area of responsibility: Kongsberg,Wuxi Superior: Sales Manager, P&C China 
Locations: Chang Chun, China 
Subordinates: No 

2. Main objectives 
To further strengthen new business development, maintain key customer, drive customer recovery and supply customer service the company now seeks to employ a Sales Manager,customer after market request for KA Wuxi plant. The position is based in chang chun 长春, Jiling 吉林 Province, but involves significant travel to the assigned customers’ locations. 

3. Main responsibility 
• Be responsible for leading customer focus team to develop new assigned strategic customers to meet Sales new booking target. 
和CFT 团队一起维护现有客户及业务,完成新项目指标
• Be responsible for developing strategic alliance and maintain good relationship with key customers to secure long-term business cooperation to achieve Sales turnover target. 
与无锡团队一起维护重点客户的关系,与客户形成一个良好的长期合作的态势。 完成年度销售目标。
• Be responsible for customer recovery and customer on time payment. 
• Be responsible for going through KBD and quotation process with global team for new global programs. 
• Be responsible for customer commercial issues negotiation, especially for LTA & Quick saving topics. 
• Be responsible for developing and convey customer needs and interest and work together multi-functional team to ensure most appropriate service provided to customers. 
• Be responsible for customer satisfaction (feedback customer complaint) to promote Kongsberg’s image and reputation. 
• Be responsible for sharing regional market intelligence with Wuxi team and give the China team of the market status in North China. 
• Be responsible for analysing customer and competitors to give business proposal to higher level person in Kongsberg. 
• Support top management to make business strategy (product strategy, customer strategy and price strategy). 
• Coordinate and arrange customer visit or meeting between customer and Kongsberg’s high level leader.

5. Requirements (idealistic) 
• Sales or after-market experience of JV or whole owned company for over 5 years in Auto industry 
• Good leadership skill to make things happen 
• Good business sense and external/internal communication skills 
• Strong passion to a challenging and dynamic working environment 
• Teamwork spirit and open mind. 
• Strong network and capability in developing customer relationship 
• fluency Mandarin, English as working language is a plus
• College degree or above
