<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Being part of Wuxi Xikun Road plant management team, report to HR Director Asia, P&C.

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">To understand the strategic plan of the business unit and align the HR activities to supporting that strategy.

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Develop and implement HRM solutions that meet the needs of the business, whilst seeking to continuously improve the upon already established processes and procedures.

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">To support and facilitate the development of line managers, as people managers of the future. Enhance organizational capabilities. Drive change.

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Strategic sparring partner
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Internal consultant for management. Advise managers on organizational design and act as a “change agent” in managing organizational changes including communication plan.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Provide input on the HR and legislative implications of strategic and operational decisions and plans
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Provide best in class HR support to internal customer groups.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Understand key business goals and priorities, and how that translates into the HR function and set functional targets accordingly.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">People management coaching
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities and support managers to address all kind of employee relations challenges.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Support managers in dealing with difficult decisions and employee issues
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Provide coaching (act as an executive coach) to managers to achieve their business goals.

 

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Communication
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Strive for flawless communication and cooperation in own Segment/BU, as well as communication with the other HR functions (HR Shared Services & Corporate HR).
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Take lead to secure communication within Segment/ BU to all employees together with Segment/BU president.
     
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Process development
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Responsible for and/or participating in HR process development.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Be an expert in industry best practices around functional areas of new trends and opportunities to constantly raise the bar on HR deliverables.

 

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Process implementation
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Implementation of processes in such a manner that managers embrace and use new processes.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Ensure alignment of HR related programs, processes and projects with strategic business objectives.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Implement components of strategy and action plans that addresses workplace environment, employee engagement or retention issues.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Use analytics and tools (root cause analysis) to continuously improve HRM Processes

 

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Talent management process
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Facilitate the engagement of managers in the annual performance management process.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Provide support in identify key talents in the organization and drive strategic initiatives to increase leadership pipeline, and career pathways.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Ensure organization identifies and addresses poor performance, appropriately, efficiently and professionally.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Create appropriate development interventions; deliver training & development programs
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Coordinate succession planning within Segment/BU/ Region
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Workforce planning
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Maintain overview of Segment/ BU resource planning, including approvals for hire and release of personnel.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Act as sparring partner for managers on resource planning / organizational change
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Evaluate future organization (3-5 years from now) and workforce planning.

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Bachelor or above degree from Human Resource or related business majors, or equivalent education background.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">In total more than 5 years progressive HR experience and 2 year or above HR manager generalist experience covering full HR functions in manufacturing environment.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Strong knowledge of HR strategy, compensation and benefit design, organization development, talent mgmt., employee relationship/labour law/regulation, Staffing and recruiting, and general HR administrative works.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Familiar with HR IT/ERP systems, such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Kingdee, etc.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Strong communication skill with business-oriented mind set.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">English as working language
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Familiar with COE/BP/SSC module will be a plus
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Solid knowledge/experience/resource in engineering organization in automotive industry will be a plus
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Solid knowledge on HR data analyses will be a plus
