Internal Logistics Leader

About the position
We are looking for a skilled person who will take responsibility for the management and improve processes of internal logistics (warehouse, dispatch, repacking) in our plant Vrable, Slovakia.
Responsibilities
Complex management of internal logistics processes in production.
Optimization of existing processes on internal logistics department. Suggestion and implementation of the processes.
Responsibility for compliance with the established stock system and processes of internal logistics.
Planning of the employees in accordance with production requirements.
Cooperation on induction plan for new employees, on motivation and development.
Daily communication with teamleaders of internal logistics, assignment of the tasks, support for the teamleaders, check and evaluation.
Other responsibilities regarding to manage of internal logistics and continuous improvement for this department.
Requirements
Language skills - level B2 advanced
Other skills: SAP; knowledge of ISO standards: IATF 16949 and ISO14001; Microsoft Office - advanced, KANBAN system
practice at least 2 years with warehouse management, leadership experience
