About the position

A Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring products and sercices meet stablished quality standards and customer requirements. This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, analyzing data, and leading projects to improve product quality and efficiency. They act as a subject matter expert, identifying potential risks, ensuring robust risk control plans, and validating new materiales.  Work closely with various teams (engineering, production, design) to ensure product quality and address any quality-related issues.

In essence, a Senior Quality Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring that products and services consistently meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements, while also driving continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.

Requirements

Engineering degree is a must.

Bilingual.

Experience in the Quality area (Min 5 years) / T1 / Automotive Industry

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools. 

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions. 

Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. 

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders. 

Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and resources. 

Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor team members and guide quality-related initiatives. 

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant Automotive industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, VDA, Core Tools, Customer Care).
