Customer Service Representative

About the position

The CSR will be responsible mainly of the Customer Satisfaction, attending their requirements according demand, also will follow with the team the correct planning and logistic to avoid any delay ad be on time with requirements.

Responsibilities

Main:

1. Constantly verify customer tracking systems.

2. Receive and process customer material orders.

3. Provide feedback to the different departments on the changes made to the material orders.

4. Monitor and maintain good product delivery execution.

5. Discuss customer sanctions when needed, within a given period.

6. Generate the list of merchandise to be collected at plant.

7. Generate packing list and bill of lading.

8. Coordinate customer shipments

Requirements

  • Engineering or similar degree
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in same position, 3 years at least.
  • Experience with automotive and commercial vehicles industry (Customers)
  • SAP, ERP.
  • Experience in Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Inventory
  • Able to to travel.
  • Communications skills.
  • Urgent sense.
