Join us as Key Account Manager Aftermarket!


  • Lead commercial items for Aftermarket Sales in North America, in both channels IAM & OES
  • Evaluate and develop relationships with new or assigned IAM distributors, provide trainings and product materials
  • Identify IAM product trends, needs and opportunities, as well as analyze marketplace for areas to grow KA market share
  • Understand competitor positions, product offerings and price levels
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives to promote IAM sales, as well as attend/participate in Automotive AM trade shows as required
  • Prepare professional action plans, performance and sales reports, and business plans to communicate AM business endeavors to department and company leadership as necessary
  • Manage OES sales with responsibility of improving profit margins, setting Last time buys and Minimum order quantities with OEM customers after EOP (serial production) during Lifetime
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, Operations, and other support functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency in product cost, design, quality, and delivery and ensure superior service to our customers
  • Support service level towards customer in proportion to internal stock level, batch sizes, tooling, etc. bearing KA’s superior targets in mind
  • Support the optimize of AM production at the factories and common global work methods
  • Set future demand forecasts for KA plants, including collecting/analyzing inputs from customers (S&OP planning)


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering
  • BSc or BA degree with relevant (minimum 2 years) experience in Sales in the Automotive Aftermarket
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing deals (B2B)
  • Self-motivated and driven with sense of urgency
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Adaptable to change with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High IT Literacy - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to travel to visit customers, participate in tradeshows, conduct trainings.
  • Ability to produce good quality written reports, data and relevant presentations
  • Driving license
  • Fluent English (oral/written)
