About the position
Are you an HR professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team at our manufacturing site in Mullsjö.
In this role, you will support managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle and contribute to efficient, compliant, and business-focused HR processes. You will provide HR support to approximately 260 employees and their managers and work closely with the HR Manager and HR Remuneration Expert, as well as managers, employees, union representatives, occupational health providers, and external partners.
The role reports to the HR Manager.
You will have the opportunity to develop within employee relations, labour law, compensation and benefits, and HR process improvement while working alongside experienced HR professionals. Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
- Coordinate HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Support employee relations matters and advise managers on HR-related topics.
- Coordinate rehabilitation, workplace adjustments, and return-to-work processes in collaboration with managers and occupational health providers, including administration and follow-up in relevant systems.
- Support collaboration with union representatives and help ensure compliance with Swedish labour law, collective agreements, and company policies.
- Maintain employee data and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, GDPR compliance, and high data quality.
- Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the HR Remuneration Expert, including providing backup support when required.
- Support performance management, employee development, and engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and analyses to support business and HR needs.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the continuous development and digitalization of HR processes.
- Participate in HR projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Relevant education in Human Resources, such as a Bachelor's degree or a YH qualification.
- A few years of experience in operational HR, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Good knowledge of Swedish labour law and collective agreements.
- Experience working with HR systems and digital HR tools such as SuccessFactors, Hogia, and MedHelp.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with payroll administration.
- Experience with employee benefits or compensation-related matters.
