We are looking for a Key Account Manager for the Independent AfterMarket segment who is proactive and experienced in managing customer relationships while building customer loyalty and developing new markets.
This position can be based in Molsheim/France, Dortmund or Munich/Germany, Pruszkow-Warsaw or Koluszki/Poland and Enschede/The Netherlands.
Responsibilities
As part of our Sales team, you will be responsible for a managing and developing the customers portfolio mainly in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Your missions will be:
- Leading commercial items for Aftermarket Sales in Europe
- Identifying product trends, needs and opportunities as well as analyze marketplace for areas to grow KA market share
- Active managing commercial relations with our customers Creating sales opportunities
- Conducting sales analyzes and planning sales, drawing conclusions and proposing solutions, action plan, performance and sales reports, and business plans to communicate
- Developing new markets with the sales leads
- Building customer loyalty by applying group commercial policy
- Coordinating with other support functions such as Purchasing, Engineering, and Operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in product cost, design, quality, and delivery and ensure superior service to our customers
- Supporting the optimization of AM production at the factories and common global work methods
- Setting future demand forecasts for KA plants, including collecting/analyzing inputs from customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in Active Sales in Aftermarket in Automotive, Truck, and Bus areas
- Business fluent in English and German
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder/customer relations management skills
- Comfortable using Excel
- Ability to produce good quality written reports/business plans, data, and relevant presentations
- Willing to travel to visit customers, participate in trade shows, and conduct training.
- Driving license
