Senior HRIS Expert SuccessFactors (long leave replacement)

About the position

The goal is to secure a proper operational support for the Core moduels in SAP SuccessFactors. Continious improvement of the platform and its functionalities. Support Key Stakeholders with new tools functionalities to drive the HR digialization.

Responsibilities

  • Main responsible within the HRIS Team to prioritize and distribute tasks and to enhance the system functionality and user experience.
  • Designs, monitors and maintains system processes, procedures and support documentation based on lessons learned, continuous improvement and releases for modules.
  • User management and key architecture including role based permissions.
  • First point of contact and collaboration with the business process owner for the modules Compensation and Performance & Goals.
  • Cross module support for Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0
  • Leads process improvement efforts, primarily in the areas of workflow, system enhancements and utilization.
  • Collaborates with other system administrators to ensure consistency, share best practices, improve processes and develop system knowledge
  • Release management, coordination, implementation and testing of functional enhancements, change requests and support ticket
  • Translation of business requirements into system configuration
  • Provide consulting services to the HR Business in an efficient and effective manner, based on technical expertise and experience

Requirements

  • HRIS on corporate side  or implementation consultant
  • University degree, professional qualification in related areas
  • Advanced administrator skills with SuccessFactors
  • Strong analytical capability
  • Business fluency in English
