People & Culture Systems and Insights Specialist

About the position
We are looking for a People & Culture Systems and Insights Specialist who will be responsible for securing proper operational support for the Core modules in SAP SuccessFactors, and continuous improvement of the platform and its functionalities while supporting key stakeholders with new tools functionalities to driving the People & Culture digitalization.
This position will be located in Pune, India or Palwal, India.
Responsibilities
As part of our People & Culture Systems Team, you will have a vital role in supporting overall tasks, enhancing the system functionality and user experience, and also be responsible for:
- Designing, monitoring and maintaining system processes, procedures and support documentation based on lessons learned, continuous improvement and releases for modules
- User management
- Being the first point of contact and collaboration with the business process owner for the modules Recruiting, Succession and Onboarding
- Leading process improvement efforts, primarily in the areas of workflow, system enhancements and utilization
- Collaborating with other system administrators to ensure consistency, sharing best practices, improving processes and developing system knowledge
- Release management, coordination, implementation and testing of functional enhancements, change requests and support ticket
- Translation of business requirements into system configuration
- Providing consulting services to the People & Culture Business in an efficient and effective manner, based on technical expertise and experience
Requirements
- People & Culture Systems / HRIS on corporate side or implementation consultant
- University degree, professional qualification in related areas
- Advanced administrator skills with SuccessFactors
- Strong analytical capability
- Business fluency in English
- SFX Accreditation and previous experience with SF Modules Recruiting, Onboarding and Succession will be a plus
