Key tasks, responsibilities and areas of responsibility: • Organization of the production process (process definition, process parameterization, standardization of production positions); • Development of improvement projects and proposing new solutions to optimize the production process / technology; • Solving technical and quality problems; • Creating process documentation (creating work standards, job instructions, operating procedures); • Participation in designing, offering production lines, implementing new technologies, changes in processes and products, and selecting tools); • Participation in the acceptance of machines and new start-ups and transfers of production lines; • Analysis of reports, production data and qualitative data; • Other tasks resulting from orders and instructions from the superior; • Optimization of production costs at the design and current production stage • Achieving the goals defined in the A3 / KPI • All tasks related to this position must be performed in accordance with the principles of health and safety and security fire protection and environmental protection standards. • Effective communication within the department / team / company and with the company's contractors. Education - minimum level: • Higher technical (eg management and production engineering, mechanics and machine construction, automation and robotics, electrical engineering, metallurgy, welding, chemistry). Knowledge of foreign languages: • Very good command of the English language (minimum B2). Necessary requirements: • At least 3 years of experience in working in a similar position; • Practical knowledge of issues related to the development of production processes, optimization of existing production processes, as well as the operation of production lines; • Practical knowledge of production processes (in the area of ​​machining, assembly, welding, stamping, etc.); • Knowledge of design programs (eg AutoCad and Solid Works, Solid Edge) at a minimum level that allows for the implementation of simple 3D models and 2D documentation; • Experience in the preparation of process documentation in accordance with IATF16949. • Experience in preparing a product and process valuation • Practical knowledge of 5WHY, 8D, FMEA, 5S
