About the position

If you're an IT Service Desk professional looking to expand your skills in a company with a global presence, this opportunity may be perfect for you!
The responsibility of this professional is primary support for the assigned plants, basic troubleshooting, filling in tickets through the Company's system and also end-user support for all software and hardware (laptops, desktops) that users may have, regardless of origin.

This professional will work in the city of Jundiai/SP, but support is not limited to the local plant, and for this, advanced English is essential. If you fit the profile, come and work with us.



  • Ticketing system – Create, Assign and Close tickets in a timely manner, train users on operation and monitor Queue consistently.
  • Account Administration - Add/Delete/Change user accounts for all systems in use by users.
  • Documentation - Help to maintain documents for IT; including Matrices, equipment lists and others.
  • Software Support - Help troubleshoot issues, install, remove, delete, and configure software.
  • Hardware Support - Help troubleshoot issues, effect warranty repairs, deploy Operative System or repair as needed.
  • Infrastructure – evaluating and providing infrastructure where it is necessary, managing and hiring partners to install network cables and electric resources.
  • Manage server room, backup units, checking equipment, Server’s UPS, switches, replacing and installing physical equipment.
  • Manage Brazilian ERP Datasul, creating tickets, requesting updates, analyzing and testing customized programs, check the issues with end user and request technical support for development.
  • Manage Datasul users, checking access, creating users.
  • Responsible for sharing information between Logistics/Sales and SAP EDI Team, understanding specific customer requirements.


Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and/ or 3+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.  Familiar and current with a variety of the industry’s concepts, practices, and procedures.

Travel may be required on occasion
