Analista Fiscal

1. Main duties
   Fully comply with KA's quality policy.
   Developing, monitoring and optimising processes in their area of work
   Maintaining order and perfect organisation of the work environment
   Participate in the continuous improvement, development and enhancement programmes implemented by KABR.
   Preparing invoices, issuing and sending invoices / Danfes
   Filing in the billing area and other areas, if necessary
   Recording invoice/service invoice entries in SAP
   Activities pertinent to the export area, issuing invoices and document control
   Follow the administrative, disciplinary and regulatory rules and procedures established by the company.
   Keeping up to date with the Quality Routines and Instructions used in their area of competence.
   Participating in multidisciplinary groups to solve problems, develop, improve and/or use other tools when necessary.

  Seek continuous personal development, through technical qualification, experience, training or other applicable tools.
  Develop and maintain a cordial, optimised, honest and clear working environment.

Requirements

• Education: University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related areas.
  Professional experience: Yes, 3 years desirable.
  Languages: Basic English (desirable)
