About the position

You are interested in gaining work experience in the field of project management as well as business process management in an international high-tech mobility solution company? Furthermore, you are passionate about Human Resources and projects? Can you start immediately and are interested in a part time job (20h/ week) for a period of one year?

Then we want you to be a part of our HR and HRIS team, actively participating in unique and innovative projects. The position is based in Hallbergmoos (close to Munich).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and document HR contents on our KA intranet
• Create and update process guides and training material for global HR processes
• Actively participate in the development of our HR process and training material landscape
• Support our global project managers and our local HR team with organizational and administrative tasks Support the proper documentation of HR enhancement projects
• Support our HRIS Team with ticket requests

Requirements

You are best equipped for this task if you:

• are enrolled in one of the following university programs: Human Resources Management, Project Management,
• Business Administration or a related subject
• are familiar with project documentation and definition of requirements
• have a strong willingness to learn more about the different modules of our HR system are used to work with MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• speak and write fluently in English, and good German skills are necessary
