For our location in Hallbergmoos (close to Munich, Germany) we are looking for an enthusiastic Working Student (f/m/d) to support our HR team in various tasks and project in the area of Compensation & Benefits.
Responsibilities
- Work within our C&B projects and processes, providing support and assisting in their implementation.
- Support the participation in compensation surveys, including data collection and analysis, to benchmark our compensation practices.
- Prepare documents and presentations on compensation-related topics, ensuring accurate and clear communication of information.
- Take responsibility for C&B trainings, including the preparation of training materials and conducting informative sessions for employees.
- Organize and oversee the administrative processing of employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the team on various activities related to our bonus model, including data analysis, calculations, and reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements
- You are a student of economics, human resources management, business informatics or similar.
- You have a high affinity for numbers, data and KPIs as well as PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Ideally, you already have some practical experience in the area of Human Resources, Controlling or especially in the area of Compensation & Benefits
- You have an independent and self-reliant working style with a strong hands-on mentality
- You are characterized by a high degree of reliability, high quality standards and an affinity for human resources and compensation topics
- Your independent and proactive way of working characterizes you as well as your ability to handle organizational tasks in a structured way.
