We are currently looking for a Senior HRIS Expert SuccessFactors (f/m/x) within the Corporate HR Organization. The position is based either in Germany, Poland or Spain. Our HRIS People Solution unit is responsible for the SAP Success Factors suites Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation, Succession & Development, Performance & Goals and Learning.

Responsibilities
  • Main responsible within the HRIS Team to prioritize and distribute tasks and to enhance the system functionality and user experience
  • Designs, monitors and maintains system processes, procedures and support documentation based on lessons learned, continuous improvement and releases for modules
  • User management and key architecture including role based permissions
  • First point of contact and collaboration with the business process owner for the modules Compensation and Performance & Goals
  • Cross module support for Succession & Development, Onboarding 2.0 and Learning
  • Leads process improvement efforts, primarily in the areas of workflow, system enhancements and utilization
  • Creates and publishes dashboards and metrics
  • Collaborates with other system administrators to ensure consistency, share best practices, improve processes and develop system knowledge
  • Release management, coordination, implementation and testing of functional enhancements, change requests and support ticket
  • Translation of business requirements into system configuration
  • Provide consulting services to the HR Business in an efficient and effective manner, based on technical expertise and experience
Requirements
  • University degree, professional qualification and former experience as an HRIS Expert SuccessFactors
  • System implementation experience incl. configuration on a global level
  • In-depth knowledge for the modules Performance & Goals and Compensation including SFX accreditation
  • Additional knowledge for the modules Succession & Development, Onboarding 2.0 and Learning is preferable
  • Advanced administrator skills with SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Knowledge of HRIS system integrations and interfaces
  • Strong analytical capability and best practice knowledge
  • Ability to work in a team and project leadership skills with proven project management experience
  • Ability to problem solve complex scenarios and the ability to identify the root causes, and recommend corrective & preventative actions
  • Strong interest in and experience in HR technology
  • Experience in managing of multiple projects with varying sizes and degrees of complexity
  • Desire to improve processes, take initiative and solve problems
  • Experience in development of functional design specifications for business application
  • Creative and strategic thinking
  • Strong verbal / written communication and presentation skills
  • High degree of personal integrity and confidence
  • Business fluency in English, German in addition preferable
