The successful candidate will be primarily responsible to provide IT support for our site in Hallbergmoos (close to Munich, Germany). Troubleshooting and ticket completion through our global help desk and information system, on the phone, and via email or remot access will be part of the main tasks.

Responsibilities

- User Account Administration: Add/Delete/Change user accounts for all systems in use by users
- End user support on all software and hardware (laptops, desktops) that users may have regardless of origin
- Create, Assign and Close tickets in a timely manner, train users on operation and monitor the queue consistently
- Maintain documents for IT; including matrices, equipment lists and others
- Software Support: troubleshooting, install, remove, delete and configure software
- Hardware Support: troubleshooting, effect warranty repairs, reimage or repair as needed
- Project collaboration

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in area IT or equivalent
- Solid experience in the field of help desk support
- Familiarity with industry’s concepts, practices, and procedures
- Creativity and pragmatism
- Fluent English and German language skills required
- Travel may be required
