We are currently looking for a Learning and Development Manager (f/m/d) within the Corporate Center, who is passionate about HR, developing people and the organization and has a positive, can-do attitude. The position is based in Hallbergmoos close to Munich, Germany.  You will report to the Executive Vice President HR.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop effective and innovative training and development projects  (including succession and performance management) and deliver these project in line with business objectives (including events, blended learning, expert forums, etc.)

• Create and conceptualize the strategy for our internal academy, aligning with career paths and departmental needs

• Evaluating individual and organizational development needs, implement innovative learning methods and support our leadership develop their team members

• Work with external providers to establish a professional network of internal and external learning opportunities

• Implementation and monitoring of international talent and succession management

• Develop a learning environment within LMS SuccessFactors

• Define and monitor KPIs to continuously improve and provide effectiveness

• Engage in leadership and high profile development

• Provide dedicated support and guidance to multiple HR Business Partners, managers and employees

• The role requires direct cooperation with all levels of management at national and international level

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Psychology or similar field

• Relevant experience in the field of HR and organizational development, ideally also experience in working in an international matrix organization

• You are strong in developing concepts considering relevant strategies

• Project experience 

• Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels

• Strong presentation and communication skills as well as facilitation experience, needed to effectively deliver a variety of HR-related training programs to groups of managers/colleagues

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and initiate, lead and manage change

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and follow-up on assigned projects, balanced by good teamwork

• You have excellent communication skills and a very good command of English – both written and spoken

• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS

• You show a strong learning ability and enjoy collaborating with different nationalities, personalities and functions
