About the position

We are currently looking for a hands-on Compensation & Benefits Expert to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of compensation and benefits programs, be able to support the design and implementation of effective tools and have a passion for creating a workplace that attracts and retains the best talents worldwide.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you will drive the change in People Management through the compensation perspective by setting up policies and processes. Reporting to the Director Compensation and Benefits, you will be a key support for the total rewards strategy for KA globally. Your support and advice on this field will be crucial to senior management.
The position can be based in Epila (Spain), Normanton (UK), Pruszkow (Poland), Gothenburg (Sweden), Normanton (UK), Dortmund (Germany) or Hallbergmoos (Germany),.
This position can be done as part-time (60-80%) or job-sharing as well.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultative technical expertise, advice and guidance regarding compensation matters to management teams in order to support business
- Partner with an international HR Manager community to monitor and analyze issues related to compensation within the company and the external market
- Work with senior management to develop and implement performance-based compensation programs that drive performance and align with the company's objectives
- Own the global compensation structures, adaption to global and local systems according to future needs
- Ensure that all compensation and benefits programs are communicated effectively to managers and employees
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants who provide services related to compensation and benefits programs
- Lead the implementation of a grading framework and job architecture
- Drive the execution and development of the performance management process at a global scale
- Be accountable for market and salary surveys
- Collaborate with HR Systems colleagues to develop to roll out improvements related to reporting and HR information systems
Requirements
- Demonstration of a solid understanding about managing and developing creative solutions in compensation and benefits as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience performing HR-related duties on a professional level, working closely with staff throughout all hierarchy levels, including negotiation at all levels.
- Result-driven with a “hands-on” personality and an entrepreneurial spirit paired with excellent communication skills.
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in project work with the ability to prioritize is required.
- Excited to work within an international environment and across diverse cultures.
- Fluent English skills, any other language is a plus
