About the position
Flow Control Systems (FCS) business has grown rapidly in Brzesc, Poland the last couple of years, with new programs and customers in the passenger- and commercial vehicle industry. Now our operation is stabilizing and focus going forward is operational execution excellence and continuous improvements. The organization requires experienced leadership, eagerness to challenge and drive for extraordinary results.
We are looking for a Plant Manager based in Brzesc, Poland, to lead our 350 employees strong assembly plant.
Responsibilities
- You will initiate and drive strategic initiatives to deliver cost improvement plans, mitigate financial risk and perform excellence on operational activities. We want better quality, manufacturing efficiency, flawless launches, best in class capital investment installation and a focus on driving cost out of the business.
- You will set the goals and objectives and make them reality. Lead the teams who are focused on fixing issues. Help us to consolidate our position as a key supplier for the automotive industry in the region, offering the best solution on flow control systems.
- You will be challenged and highly visible. This role is extremely important and will report to Director of Operations for FCS Europe.
- You will lead and develop a strong team of multifunctional heads, including quality, maintenance, process engineering, production and supply chain.
- You will maintain good communication, teamwork and synergy with internal peers at product engineering, sales and marketing, purchasing, as well as with external contacts at suppliers and customers.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Successful experience in manufacturing leadership within global automotive context
- Efficient, proactive and a hands-on approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solution oriented
- University degree in relevant field
- Business fluent in English and Polish written and spoken
- Understanding of Automotive industry standards & certifications
