About the position
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Global Health & Safety Manager (H&S) to lead and shape the Health & Safety direction across our organization, ensuring the highest standards of safety across our global operations.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to integrate H&S into the fabric of our operations, from executive leadership to plant-level processes.

This position will be located in Brzesc Kujawski (Poland).
Responsibilities
• Setting direction for KA Group H&S (e.g. KPI’s, objectives and actions) in cooperation with KA Group Industrial Engineering & OpEx VP and VP BAs Quality/HSE and supports system and process development implementation.
• Being a member of KA Group IE & OpEx management team.
• Supporting to ensure compliance with ISO 45001 at plant, regional and business area level.
• Track, review, and enhance H&S competencies across the KA Group, including digital training initiatives.
• Taking ownership of KA Group H&S KPI’s and proactively follow them up.
• Providig expert advice and support to plant management and H&S coordinators when needed on accident investigations, reporting, training, organizing.
• Concern escalation resolution coming from plants and business areas.
• Collaborating with local teams to ensure cohesive and compliant H&S practices.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and customer standards (and general KA system compliance).
• Contributing on special task forces initiated by the KA Group.
Requirements
• University Degree: Occupational Safety and Health (required) or similar.
• 5-10 years of H&S experience in an industrial environment, with at least 5 years in automotive manufacturing (preferred).
• Management profile with five or more years of experience of leadership in competitive environment.
• High degree of personal integrity and confidence.
• Good conflict management skills.
• Facilitation skills (e.g. workshops) with a high focus on solutions.
• Confident in oral and written English communication.
• Preferably one or more foreign languages.
• Willingness to travel globally (20-30% time).
