Graduate trainee program

Kongsberg Automotive's global Graduate Trainee Program offers you the unique opportunity to work in an international environment and gain a holistic view of various areas of business within the KA Group.

As a Trainee at Kongsberg Automotive you will participate in an 18 months' program where you will be working in a functional role;  you will be part of a team in your department - your "home base". As a full team member you will gain insights, understanding and responsibilities within your functional area and thereby benefit from having a platform in the organization. 

With a firm grounding in your functional area, you will participate in cross-functional training consisting of several modules which will give you a broader understanding of Kongsberg Automotive`s other business areas. These modules will be spread out during the program duration and will consist of shorter projects, case studies and training sessions.

You will be allocated one of our experienced colleagues as your own designated business mentor who will guide and support you throughout the program as well as meeting and working with some of the best people in the automotive industry.

Team building events and various development weeks complement the program and enable you to take the first step towards a successful career at Kongsberg Automotive.

The program can be subject to changes and may be adjusted based on discussions between the trainee-contributors and the trainees or due to other reasons.

Your qualifications

  • Academic degree and internship experience 
  • International experience
  • Team player and intercultural sensitivity
