  • Manage CAPEX planning, prioritization, and approval processes to ensure optimal capital allocation.
  • Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and corporate requirements.
  • Ensure robust documentation and governance of critical accounting topics, including onerous contracts and restructuring initiatives.

Business Partnership & Profitability

  • Strengthen cost accounting, plant controlling, and financial processes to improve transparency, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Support strategic initiatives related to footprint optimization, make‑buy decisions, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Translate financial and operational data into clear insights and dashboards that enable data‑driven, market‑focused decision‑making.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing global Finance & Controlling organization.
  • Build a culture of collaboration, respect, accountability, and relentless continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor finance professionals, ensuring strong capabilities and long‑term succession.
