About the position
Are you passionate about ensuring operational excellence through effective inventory and procurement management? We are looking for an Indirect Inventory Specialist to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the availability of spare parts, consumables, and essential services that keep our operations running smoothly.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Maintenance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams, managing inventory levels, coordinating purchases, and supporting facility-related compliance activities. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, building relationships with suppliers, and driving process efficiency, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of spare parts, consumables, equipment, and external services.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support uninterrupted operations.
- Coordinate deliveries, warehouse transfers, and supplier communication.
- Process purchase requests and purchase orders in company systems.
- Verify and manage supplier invoices and related documentation.
- Support facility compliance activities, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve supply and inventory processes.

Requirements
- Secondary education diploma or higher.
- Experience in purchasing, inventory management, warehousing, maintenance support, or a similar area is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Basic SAP knowledge would be beneficial.
- Communicative English skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
