Responsibilities

  • Providing day-to-day HR support for production and administrative employees.
  • Managing employee documentation in compliance with labor law and internal procedures.
  • Operating HR systems and supporting payroll administration.
  • Supporting managers and employees in employee relations matters and labor law interpretation.
  • Participating in recruitment processes (internal and external).
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Organizing and coordinating internal and external training sessions.
  • Maintaining training documentation and monitoring the implementation of training plans.
  • Cooperating with temporary employment agencies and external institutions.
  • Participating in HR initiatives (surveys, internal communication, engagement activities).
  • Supporting initiatives aimed at building a positive organizational culture and employee engagement.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and optimization of HR processes.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in an HR Specialist / People & Culture role.
  • Higher education (preferred fields: Human Resources Management, Psychology, Administration, or related).
  • Practical knowledge of labor law and HR/payroll processes.
  • Experience working with HR systems and supporting payroll processes.
  • Ability to organize work independently and set priorities effectively.
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to cooperate with managers and employees at different organizational levels.
  • Accuracy, responsibility, and strong attention to data confidentiality.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to develop within the HR field.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
  • English language proficiency at a level enabling business communication (nice to have).
