Four phases covering the full business value chain.
Each phase will last six months.
Each phase will increase complexity and management exposure.
YEAR 1
H1 - Integration Phase
Build job knowledge Get to know your team, build confidence, and deliver early wins through a local project and a presentation to management.
H2 - Functional Knowledge Phase
Develop your cross-functional understanding in areas such as R&D, Programs, Sales, Purchasing and Manufacturing. Present your learnings to business leadership. Begin your personal development journey.
YEAR 2
H1 – Advanced Functional & Leadership Phase
Broaden your knowledge in Finance, HR and Legal. Learn how to lead others and support first-year graduates while continuing your own development.
H2 – Strategic Execution & Global Exposure Phase
Apply your skills in a strategic business project, gain international experience from abroad assignment, and present your journey to the Executive Leadership Team.

WHO ARE YOU
You have a Master’s degree in engineering, preferably attained within 12 months of program start.
You are self-motivated and interested in the automotive industry.
You have a hands-on and proactive mindset.
