Global Head Remuneration and Services (m/f/d)

About the position

The Global Head Remuneration and Services is a key member of the global Human Resources leadership team. This role will provide functional expertise, creative C&B solutions, flexible pay strategies, market intelligence and analytics for informed decision making, aligned with Kongsberg Automotive growth strategy. The function is based in our HQ in Zurich, Switzerland.

Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight of global compensation & benefits practices
  • Member of the newly formed executive HR Transformation team
  • Development of compensation and variable bonus policies
  • Conceptional leadership in defined SAP SuccessFactors
  • International executive compensation review and advice to leaders, Compensation Committee participation
  • Member of global Pension Committee
  • Compliance review
  • Advisor and educator to local country HR leaders
  • Job grading and evaluation roll out
  • Review & optimization of current practices according to business strategy and needs
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Demonstrated track record of about 10 years in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Authority and personality with excellent communication skills
  • Broad working experience, with a track record in implementing C&B best practices for an international and decentralized organization
  • Knowledge of facilities accounting procedures
  • Experienced in implementing an international remuneration plan
  • Familiar in working for a global manufacturing company
  • Leadership experience to convince and engage people in a complex change journey
  • Language skills: fluent in spoken and written German and English
