About the position

For our location in Hallbergmoos (Munich, Germany) we are looking for an engaged Head of Management Systems (f/m/d).

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and lifecycle management of an integrated and end-to-end Management System ensuring compliance to IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and relevant customer and industry requirements.



  • Develop, implement, and maintain the KA Management System (KAMS)
  • Ensuring end-to-end process are well defined with adequate procedures, governance, and clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities in compliance with Automotive standards and requirements
  • Identify process gaps along with a root cause analysis of issues and use data to make fact-based decisions for process improvement
  • Make process design and development recommendations to standardize, improve, or redesign processes to meet business needs
  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure the development of an efficient and scalable end to end process
  • Maintain a network of process owners, to ensure sharing of best practices
  • Act as subject matter expert and provides training on KA Management System, corresponding regulatory requirements, and best industry practices
  • Ensure implementation and awareness of applicable automotive and Customer requirements through KA Group
  • Implement an internal auditing process and organization, ensure annual audit plan and execution with focus on key process to ensure Continuous Improvement of KA Management System and Group performance
  • Process owner for ‘Documented and Data Management’ and ‘Auditing’
  • Oversee development of user requirements and contributes to the configuration, validation, implementation and maintenance of KA Management System electronic system


  • Bachelor or Master Degree in science, engineering, or related areas of study
  • Business and finance basics
  • IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certified, EFQM
  • Business Process Management and Project Management qualification are a plus
  • Relevant experience in quality and business process management and improvement in the automotive sector manufacturing automotive, not less than a T1 level
  • Six Sigma, KepnerTregoe problem solving, VDA 6.3 auditor is a plus
  • Strong experience with quality systems; root cause analysis, vendor related quality; in-process and final inspection
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, project driven and used to work with different cultures
  • Excellent organization and planning abilities and a distinctive service orientation
  • Result-driven, flexible to travel and can set priorities. Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Effective customer relationship building
  • GBTECH iCloud knowledge is a plus
  • Familiar/experience with BPN modelling conventions
  • Fluency in English is a must, German and/or other languages are a plus
